This two-bedroom farmhouse is a Grade II-listed semi-detached period property in St. Merryn, just 5.5 miles from Padstow in Cornwall. Built in the 1800s, it retains original features including moulded plaster cornices, a wrought iron staircase balustrade and a feature window with hand-painted glass. The staircase alone is worth a mention and guests describe it as an experience in itself.

The farmhouse sits in a rural countryside setting with Porthcothan Beach less than 0.5 miles away by car or on foot via a path across the farmland and the South West Coast Path. Treyarnon Bay and Harlyn Bay are both within 3.5 miles for surfing and water sports. Padstow's harbour, independent shops and fish restaurants are a 15-minute drive.

Sleeping four guests across two bedrooms, a super-king-size room (convertible to twin) and a twin room (convertible to super-king), with one bathroom featuring a bath, shower cubicle and WC.
