About This 3-Bedroom Bungalow

This 3-bedroom bungalow is a beautifully presented contemporary home in Padstow, Cornwall, sitting in a quiet spot less than half a mile from the harbour, shops and restaurants. Single-level throughout, it works brilliantly for families or groups of friends who want easy access to one of Cornwall's most popular coastal towns.

The estuary views from the front terrace are genuinely stunning. Guests have described watching the watersports from the decked terrace as a very relaxing afternoon. The Camel Trail runs below the house giving direct access to Wadebridge and Bodmin. Bike hire is available close by. Beaches are less than a mile away.

Sleeping six across three bedrooms (a king-size room with TV and lovely views, a twin room and a bunk bedroom), the bungalow has one bathroom with shower over bath. The modern kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has a Smart TV and flame-effect gas fire.

Prideaux Place Elizabethan manor (0.4 miles) is walkable. Rock Beach (1.5 miles) is a short drive. Padstow's harbour and restaurants are under half a mile on foot. The Eden Project is around 30 miles away.

Off-road parking and a rear garden with a pétanque court make this bungalow a solid base for families and walkers wanting Padstow on the doorstep.
